Sweater Styles

We know your dog is unique. This is why we have created several different sweater styles to meet your dog’s individual needs.

Elderbull sweater: The elderbull-style features button enclosures in the front of the sweater. This allows for the sweater, when unbuttoned, to be pulled easily over your pet’s head and front legs before closing the buttons. This is ideal for pets with arthritis that cannot have their legs manipulated easily to put into a regular sweater.

Elderbelle sweater: The elderbelle-style features button enclosures up the side of the sweater. This allows for your pet to step into the sleeve and then be buttoned in, avoiding painful bending of the legs for older dogs or dogs with medical issues.

Eshe sweater: The Eshe style acts like a horse coat, draping over the back and attaching at the neck and under the belly with a large button. This style is great for dogs (or cats) who would like to stay warm but don’t like having their arms put into a traditional sweater.

  • You know, when I saw that you make sweaters for elderbulls, the first thing that came to mind was what we in my family call a “Rieger”: a sweater that Alex Rieger, on “Taxi”, would wear. The leather buttons, the elbow patches, etc. Something my Dad wears now. That would look awesome — but I love the major buttons on the Elderbull sweaters here.
