Moby has made it his personal mission to be my shadow. Like, at all times.
Which actually makes photographing Moby quite difficult. Because he always wants to be touching me… or shoving his wet little nose into my cheek.
While Moby’s “too close” M.O. can make getting anything done around the house difficult, it definitely makes me feel like the most important person in the world… well, his world at least.

I love cling-on dogs and Moby is just too cute for words.
Well at least your shadow is a cutie pie!
Moby is gorgeous and, if you’re not going to be able to get anything done, then this is the way to do it
Maybe he’ll relax after a while. In the mean time I’d enjoy all the snuggles because he’s just so sweet!
I agree with everyone else… as much as people always tell me that we need to make fosters confident enough to not be dependent upon us, I secretly adore their affection and neediness, and rarely have the heart to discourage it! Enjoy <3
This is good training for when you come to visit, Melvin must be touching someone at all times!
He is WAY too cute! Isn’t that just the best thing about dogs – they make you feel like a million bucks. So good to come home and be so important after a long, hard day.
As much as I would love to let Edison put his head in my lap All. The. Time, I know it will probably be important to his adopters that he be ok chilling 5-10 feet away while I get stuff done. I try to remember to keep a little bowl of treats around, and when he chooses to walk away from me I toss one over to him.
He is in no way hesitant to snuggle when he’s invited back, though! I still get doggie lovin’, I just get it on my own terms
lol, he is just the cutest. I love his spotted nose!
Sarah is like this. Its hard to get a good picture of her because is always in my lap or under my feet.
I love shadow-dogs! And have yet to figure out how to photograph them well…lol
I love having a shadow! It does make you feel loved. Sometimes on my day off the pups just want to lay outside and I find myself saying, “Hey guys…don’t you want to be by mom?” <–a little desperate
